In the meantime, I had a sudden urge to make myself a fabulous new tank for my book signing in May, so I went back to the local Knitting Dominatrix. The yarn, the style and the overall look are totally new for me, and I can’t wait to show off my new, toned, guns (well, everything is relative, isn’t it?)
Thanks to Elizabeth Zimmerman, whose quote “Knit on, with confidence and hope, through all crises” has gotten me through this week. That and lots of yoga, treadmill time and some good weights.
