		<description>The growth in your ability to see and act (or not act) based on multiple perspectives seems to me to be a relatively uncommon way of being in the world. To be willing and able to stand firm in you who are today (recognizing that it might and could change) and still listen to what others with an apparent opposite message have to say is the mark of someone who feels confident in her sense of self. While I think that some of this ability only comes from having been in the world a certain number of years, some people never get to this place. I applaud your courage.
