My theory is &quot;You make a dollar you pay a dime.&quot;  Everyone included and corporations are treated as an individual!  It isn&#039;t so much, how much, someone pays as to what percent of how much someone pays.  If the well off paid their FAIR percent you would have a lot more money to pay for all those services you talk about!</description>
